• All the above rates are not inclusive 7 % Vat and service charge.
• Long stay:
  - weekly and monthly rate avaiable upon request.
• Child Policy :
  - Children under 5 years old can join their parents without extra bed which will be free of charge. (room only)
• Surcharge; Peak ; 29 Dec 07 - 02 Jan 08 and 12-16 Apr 08 The addition will be charged 500 Baht per room per night.
• Package 3 days 2 nights Include : Deluxe Room, Snorkeling day Trip, kayak Trip, Fire fly Trip, Welcome Drink , Breakfast 2 , Lunch 1, Seafoof dinner 2.
• Compulsory Dinner is 800 Bht per person on 31 Dec 07
• Extra bed: 500 Bht for normal period, 500 Bht for long weekend and festival.
• All room rate in Thai Baht and are inclusive of Breakfast and Sauna Free.

       -  Meal rates are in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% tax.
       -  Meal rates exclude soft drinks, beer and alcoholic beverages.

• Reservation Policy: full prepayment within 15 days prior to arrival date for normal season and 30 days for high season.
• Payment Policy: visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
• Late cancellation and No Show Policy: at least one-night room rate will be charge, otherwise notice.
