	All the above rates are net, inclusive of breakfast, 7% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge.
	Meal Rates: -Continental Breakfast  100 Baht -American Breakfast      250 Baht -Set Lunch                    450 Baht -Set Dinner                   700 Baht **Meal rates exclude soft drink, beer and alcoholic beverages.

	Children Policy : - Child aged 12 years and below, sharing bed with adult will be accommodated on a complimentary basis maximum 1 child per room. Meals will be charged at 50% to prevailing meal rates. An extra bed charge is 500 Baht (ABF included).

	Reservation Policy: - All bookings requires cash prepayment or credit card (visa/master card only).
	Payment Policy: - payment must be made within 10 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted with 3.0% bank charge.
	Cancellation and No Show Policy: - Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 20 days prior to arrival date. No Show will be 100% charged without refund.
