	1 Nov 07 - 30 April 08 Extra bed charge BHT 700 net / person / night ; including 10% service charge and applicable government tax and inclusive of daily buffet breakfast. 1 May 08 - 31 Oct 08 Extra bed charge BHT 450 net / person / night ; including 10% service charge and applicable government tax and inclusive of daily buffet breakfast.
	Accommodation: Free of charge (one child) for children less than 12 years of age on room sharing basis only without breakfast
	Maximum 2 children under the age of 12 years old per room. ( Maximum one extra bed per room) - In case of two children in one room, first child (6-12 years old) must accept an extra bed (included breakfast) charged at 700 Baht net per night per child (maximum one extra bed per one room). Second child on sharing room basis (6-12 years old) must accept charge of breakfast at 350 Baht net per child per night while second child on sharing room basis (below 6 years old) must accept charge of breakfast at 175 Baht net per child per night. - In case of only one child in one room, child (6-12 years old) must accept an extra bed (included breakfast) charged at 700 Baht net per night per child.Child below 6 years old on sharing room basis must accept charge of breakfast at 175 Baht net per child per night.
	Lunch & Dinning: 50% discount for children under 6 years of age.

	Airport Transfer Bangkok airport Transfer is 6,000 bht/trip by a van per way ( Max 8 Pax) Trat Airport to Resort 2,000 Baht per van per way ( Max 8 pax)
	Compulsory Dinner: - 24 Dec 07 : Baht 1,500 Bht/adult and 700 baht per child under 12 years old - 31 Dec 07 : Baht 2000/adult; Baht 900/child (aged below 12).
	Payment policy: full prepayment within 20 days for normal season and 30 days for high season prior to arrival date, otherwise notice. Payment by visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:

	Cancellation must be confirmed by mail or fax 30 days in advance during Peak Season (24 Dec - 10 Jan) 21 days in advance during High Season (01 Nov - 23 Dec & 11 Jan - 30 Apr) 14 days in advance during Low Season (01 May - 31 Oct), otherwise 1 night will be charged.

	No refund for late cancellation the room or booking.
	No show is subject to a full day rate charge.
